Maurie's Story
I hired Kathryn to help me lose weight and get in better shape. I wanted to regain some of the strength I had lost with age. I was starting to have problems with my knees, lower back and shoulder. Also, my wife wanted a healthier mate to do things with as we got older.
Kathryn has helped me stay on a regular plan of exercise and works with me to build strength and address problem areas. Regular sesions have kept me on schedule. She has also helped me improve my diet by providing tips for eating better.
I've lost 33 lbs since I started working with Kathryn. I have more energy and feel better about myself and how I look. I highly recommend Kathryn to anyone who is committed to getting healthier. She is a great coach and motivator.

Adrienne's Story
Kathryn has been my personal trainer for the past two years. My initial goals were to achieve overall fitness and to lose weight, but Kathryn has also become my partner in rehabilitation therapy. In the summer of 2006 I had a total knee replacement. While my surgery was a success, my range of motion was limited. Kathryn has designed a program to strengthen my quadriceps and hamstrings which has resulted in improved range of motion. She also takes time to do an overall evaluation of my total health and continues to make suggestions and recommendations on how to achieve greater physical results and to have an improved quality of life. The results for me have been an increase in strength and endurance. I know with her continued dedication and caring that I will achieve my overall goals and desired fitness level.
