How do I join?
-Register Online - You will recieve confirmation email. Once you've registered, you may take one trial class before joining.
 
How do I pay?
-You can pay in class or online for 4 weeks or paid in full plans only.
-6 month payment plans must be done online through paypal. Paypal is a secure site. You can create an account if you have a bank account, debit or credit card.
If I enroll for 6 months, will my membership automatically renew?
-No. You will receive notice to renew if you decide to continue with class. If you do not renew, your membership will expire and no further paypal debits will be taken.
 
Can I cancel my 6 month membership? We discount 6 month memberships BECAUSE you make the commitment, therefore, we do not allow cancellations. However, you may give or sell the balance of your membership to whomever you would like to. Just let us know in writing and we will give you details. The recepient must register and agree to any current use terms.
 
Can you help me with my diet too?
-Class members are encouraged to email trainer thier diet. Trainer will send recommendations. This is an ongoing service provided to all class members.

Group Personal Training is taught in a multi-level format so EVERYONE*
can participate! 
Exercises will be demonstrated in different formats to suit different fitness levels. 
 Your Trainer will guide you every step of the way!
